===Getting Things Done, for Mageia===
It's not a question of priorities IMHO, but what people are willing to organize and get done!
Much more can be achieved this way:
~- people do what they think important for them
~- people do what they are best at, when other things are done at the same time
~- parallellization is optimal as people self-organize to deliver what they want
~- priorities are identified for those subjects that require it, permitting to identify what works are being done
~- at the same time, autonomous threads continue
~- regular status ensures that all threads are followed and have regular status published (or when needed), using a wiki to consolidate pov would be fine or getting a follow-up on subjects addressed
I think this is in compliance with http://mageia.org/en/about/values/ with an operational approach :)

Anyway, a ToDo list is always a possibility to identify yet one more thing to do, and take into account what has been done so far perhaps a weekly news like [[MageiaWeeklyNews201042 ]]
